St George´s Day Lunch - Multi Society Event!

Once again a group of societies will be joining together to celebrate St George's Day. 

For this special occasion, the Messe team has agreed to make a change to their menu and will offer Roast Beef (Rosbife à inglesa) as an option for the Meat course. Of course, this will require Yorkshire pudding and gravy too. They were reticent about this because they just do not have the skills in-house. However, we have been fortunate that several people have volunteered to teach them and they are excited to try. The current plan is to have a rehearsal a few days in advance to make sure that the Yorkshire Pudding rises and the gravy is appropriately poured.

Location: Messe da Marinha Cascais, Palácio Seixas, Rua Fernandes Tomás, nº 4, 2750-342 Cascais

Time: 12:45pm welcome drink is offered with lunch served at 1.15pm.

Price: €35 per person with drinks included.

Menu Options: When confirming your attendance, please indicate your choice between a main course of Fish or Meat from the menu shown below. Other dietary requirements (seafood allergy, gluten-free, vegetarian etc.) can be catered for too, please let us know when you advise us of your menu option. 

Dress: Smart Casual - no shorts or jeans please.

The Royal British Legion Monthly Lunch coincides with the chosen date to celebrate St George, so on this occasion bookings and payments are to be made directly to the RBL.
