Christmas Drinks and Nibbles

The Committee hosted its annual Christmas Drinks and nibbles for our members, their families, and friends at the Barley Mow.  The excellent food was provided by Karen and her staff.  This was much appreciated by all those who attended.

Remembrance Day

Some members of the Branch Committee attended the St Neots Remembrance Day Service and our Acting President, Cllr Barry Chapman, laid a wreath on behalf of the St Neots Branch members.  Despite the cold weather, the event was very well attended by many organisations based in St Neots.

The St Neots Branch held their Trafalgar Dinner at St Neots Golf Club on Saturday 21st October.  There was a great turnout of members and their guests who enjoyed a superb menu and wine.   Thanks to all the staff at the Golf Club for providing an excellent service.

Alex Turner entertained us with monologues based on Trafalgar and HMS Victory.  Mike Van de Kerkhove also provided tales from Davy Jones Locker, both of which were very interesting and raised a few laughs.

The evening was concluded with the traditional singing and flag waving.
